The villa grounds are completely enclosed and private. There are approximately 2,000 m2 of private grounds.
There are lovely grassy areas on both sides of the villa, where children can play. There are many tiled terraces around the villa. All the terraces have amazing sea views. There is a large, tiled area around the pool, on which there are many sun loungers. There is also a shaded outdoor eating area next to the pool. This large terrace is perfect for a large family to relax, swim, eat outdoors with plenty of space. 

Vue Mer has just been completely renovated; with new fittings and furnishings throughout. The main villa is laid out on 2 levels. The ground floor has a large entrance with wide decorative staircase leading to the first floor. To one side of the entrance, there is an interior dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking essentials, pantry, and 2 refrigerators. The kitchen conveniently opens onto the shaded outdoor eating area, next to the barbecue, and pool terrace. The interior dining room also opens onto the main outdoor terrace. To the other side of the entrance, there is a large living area. This opens onto the main terrace/pool area and also opens onto the the grassy garden area.

The master bedroom suite is on the ground floor. There is a large bedroom with double bed (160cm) with living area, opening up onto the terrace and pool area. There is also an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower and toilet and sink. There are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed (140cm). One bedroom has a private terrace with the amazing views of the sea and mountains. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The 2 other bedrooms each have a double bed (140cm) and share a large bathroom with shower, sink and independent toilet. Both bedrooms have lovely views over the pool area, sea and coastline. The fifth bedroom is downstairs; it has a double bed (140cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate studio with sixth bedroom. There is a double bed (140cm) and single bed, with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This lovely studio is private and perfect for older teenagers or a small family. It has it’s own separate terrace with sitting area. There is also the boules court at this lower level.

There is air conditioning throughout. The villa has been recently furnished to a high standard and completely repainted and decorated. It is a gorgeous property to spend a holiday in Antibes, near the beaches and coast and enjoy everything the Cote d’Azur has to offer.
