Jazz à Juan is an annual Jazz festival in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes located on the Cote d’Azur in France. New Orleans, Louisiana, widely recognized as the “Birthplace of Jazz,” is a sister city, and as a result, carnival festivities in Juan-les-Pins, including both local and New Orleans jazz bands parading through the streets, have served for years to embody that connection. It is in fact one of the oldest Jazz Festival on the continent and has been celebrating culturally mixed music since the 1960’s. The festival is where you will meet a fusion of Latin Jazz, Cool Jazz, Jazz Rock, Gospel and Blues.
